At Yadein, every book is handcrafted and personalized just for you. Because each story is custom-made, our refund policy is designed to be fair for both you and our team.

Cancellation & Refunds

Standard Shipping

You may cancel your order within 3 days of placing it for a full refund, provided work on your story has not yet begun.

Fast Shipping

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided work on your story has not yet begun.

If Writing Hasn't Started

If your cancellation request is made after the refund window has expired but before writing has begun, we can offer a 50% refund.

Once Writing Has Started

As every Yadein book is uniquely created for you, orders become non-refundable once writing has begun.

Order Reactivation After 30 Days

We begin planning, writing, and allocating production resources soon after an order is placed. If you request your order to be resumed or delivered more than 30 days after placing it, the following options apply:

Receive 50% of your order value as Yadein Store Credit, which can be used toward any future purchase, or

Pay a reactivation fee equal to 30% of your original order value to resume production and complete your order.

This policy helps cover the additional work and production costs involved in restarting long-pending personalized orders.

Printing Errors, Damage, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives with:

A printing defect

Shipping damage

The wrong item due to our error

We'll gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund.

Shipping Delays

We work with trusted third-party courier partners. While we'll do our best to help resolve delivery issues, shipping delays alone are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
