At Yadein, every book is handcrafted with love and care — just for you. Since our products are fully personalized, we’ve designed a fair and simple policy:

🕒 Refund Window

• Standard Shipping: Refunds allowed within 3 days of placing the order.

• Fast Shipping: Refunds allowed within 1 day of placing the order.

After this period, your story is already in progress and the order becomes non-refundable.

💭 Changed Your Mind?

If writing hasn't begun, we offer a 50% refund for cancellations made after:

• 3 days (Standard)

• 1 day (Fast)

Once your story is being written, we can’t offer refunds due to the custom nature of our work.

🧾 Mistakes on Our End?

If there’s a printing error, wrong order, or damage, we’ll gladly replace it or offer a full refund — no questions asked.

🚚 Delivery Delays

We rely on third-party couriers. While we’ll help track and resolve any delays, refunds aren't applicable for shipping issues.
